shout out to my parents

I just wanted to share a reflection I had today. I was thanking God for the gifts of my children (because you can never say thank-you enough). I thought about how my parents raised my brothers, sisters & me with the understanding children are a blessing. I honestly don't think I would be so open to life if it were not for my parents. The outpouring of their joy and love whenever a child was near them, taught me of Gods unconditional love for each and everyone of us. My parents were and are (my dad has passed on) faithful followers of Jesus Christ and thus their unconditional love for their neighbor solidified my belief in God as a merciful & loving Father. Thank you, mom & dad.
